In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our CEO and leadership team, gaining direct exposure to every part of the business. You’ll need a high operational IQ, a bias for action, and the ability to learn and execute across multiple functions at speed.

Your Role – Director of Business Operations

You’ll work across—and improve—critical areas of the business, including:

• Business Development – support deals, partnerships, and market expansion

• Customer Success – refine onboarding, retention, and support processes

• Finance – assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capital efficiency

• Back Office & Trade Settlement – streamline operational execution

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a top-tier firm (tech, consulting, finance, or equivalent)

• Strong desire to start your own company or become C-level at a major startup within 3 years

• Exceptional execution speed and a strong sense of urgency

Nice-to-Have

• Based near one of our offices (Miami, Mexico City, Bogotá)

• Graduated (after 2017) from top school

• 2+ years at a top investment bank, management consulting firm, or top MBA

• Proven track record in high-intensity, high-growth environments
