The Role

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Designer that owns all aspects of product led growth for our B2B2C features:

• Payment Links – enabling instant cash and debit card payments via a shareable link.

• Virtual Wallets – embedded digital wallets within client applications for both individuals and companies.

Your mission: transform these features into unstoppable growth engines through fast-paced iteration, A/B experimentation, and obsessive focus on metrics.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be equal parts product strategist, growth hacker, and UX craftsman; owning the end-to-end lifecycle of these products:

• Own the journey: Lead feature roadmaps from ideation through to launch and continuous optimization.

• Experiment relentlessly: Build and run A/B tests on user flows and bodies of work, measure conversion, activation, retention, and scale every insight.

• Strategize with growth in mind: Use data‑informed design to evolve funnels, craft hooks, reduce friction, and spark adoption.

• Dogfood like a founder: Be the most active user; embrace bugs, shipping fast, and learning at the edge.

• Prototype & deliver: Design wireframes, hi-fidelity mocks, and interaction flows; then collaborate with engineers to ship.

• Study the market: Perform competitive analysis, user research, and track reviews to anchor your design strategy.

• Optimize obsessively: Track user journeys and funnel drop‑offs; diagnose weak points and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate across disciplines: Work tightly with engineers and product; maintain design system consistency as your features scale.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in roles like product design, growth-focused UX, or fintech product strategy.

• Deep understanding of B2B2C dynamics, particularly in fintech, embedded finance, or SaaS ecosystems.

• Obsession about conversion optimization and funnel metrics, with hands-on experience in A/B testing.

• A builder’s grit; comfortable moving fast, iterating constantly, and getting deep into product details.

• Strong collaboration skills; co-creating with designers, engineers, and product leads to deliver exceptional UX.

• Bonus if you’ve shipped design-driven growth experiments or built fintech primitives (wallets, payments, etc.).
